R J Expo Big Moments - 2004
R J Expo- Garment Manufacturers and exporters embarked on its journey in 2006 with an enthusiastic individual named Rajendra Neel and just two machines. Rajendra Neel -the philanthropic arm of the venture, also the partner and founder of the company with two more Neel brothers Mahendra & Surendra started the journey in the world famous holy place Pushkar. Hailing from a village background without any prior business experience Lala didn’t even know English. He had come to Pushkar with his uncle from the village to pursue further studies in 1999. While studying , his natural business instincts began to emerge and he started assisting his uncle in selling jewellery to the clients.
2002
In 2002 after completing his 12th grade education in college he dropped out and purchased two machines fuelled by his passion for business and set them up in the jewellery shop . without any formal training he would visit different streets to have the pieces cut and then stitch them together.
2004
After 2 years of relentless struggle he managed to acquire 5 machines and established a small setup in a rented shop in 2004. However the struggle continued. But Lala with his boundless energy was determined to work even harder.
2006
His customers supported and trusted him for the quality of his work and he provided them with the best quality he could deliver. Continuously learning and improving in 2006 he eventually expanded to a factory spanning 500 square metres collaborating with renowned clients from around the world
Current
These clients who embarked on their journeys with RJ Expo grew alongside the company forging strong bonds of success together.
Currently boasting a factory covering an area of 1700 square metres with a team of 300 tailors and 80 staff members the company is poised to reach New Heights in the industry.
The Eldest brother Mahendra Neel is handling the finance and the youngest One Surendra is managing the staff and tailors. And Lala propelling R J Expo with dreams and determination.
